Homesbook was founded in September 2011 by the current Managing Director, Craig Rodger.

At the outset Homesbook operated as a free online platform for sellers, landlords, tenants, and buyers.

In October 2012 Homesbook took on their first managed let property and quickly established themselves as one of the leading local agents throughout the G66 and surrounding area, managing in the region of 200 let properties. This side of the business has recently been sold to concentrate on our Factoring.

In addition to letting, Homesbook have undertaken over 20 home renovation projects.

Craig Rodger

Homesbook became a registered Factor in August 2013 and embarked on its first factoring project at Dalrymple Court in Kirkintilloch. Since then, we have taken on other developments within Glasgow City centre and the central belt HBF have also in the last year started to advertise on STV & SKY TV generating a local Glasgow trustworthy brand.

Following on from the success of these ventures the company hope to offer its services to other developments.

Craig & Team do a great job on an extremely difficult development in Springburn where I own 2 let properties , Rubbish , and furniture is dumped on a daily basis , we now get twice monthly uplift , the place would be a total mess if this wasn’t arranged.

Was really good quite quick to. They arrived at about 10 ish the morning fixed whole in my floor and replaced the lino with flooring. And was finished for 3pm. Very friendly and polite. Will return to do the trim but over all really impressed with the outcome.

I have just had work carried out in my bathroom. I was flooded and my bathroom needed completely ripped out and refitted. I cannot express how pleased I am with the professionalism of Paul & Ryan from start to finish and how happy I am with the outcome of the work carried out. It is like a dream bathroom, these pics are taken just before it was fully completed but I couldn't wait to review them as I am so pleased with it! Love it!!
