The Project 

Three storey tenement close in need of care. The previous Factor withdrew services and Homesbook stepped in.

 

Homessbook stepped in a carried out a full garden renovation coupled with close painting.

DARLYMPLE COURT GARDENS

The Project

 

Communal gardens, drying area and bin sheds all in need of some TLC.

 

Our team revied the old sheds , landscaped the gardens and fences and gave a much-needed coat of preservative.

 

Now a popular area where residents meet.

OLD DUNTIBLAE ROAD

The Project

 

If ever somewhere needed painted it was the closes at Old Duntiblae.

 

Slowly but surely they were brought back to life-transforming the living experience for the residents there.

HILLCROFT TERRACE

The Project

 

Another tenement close requiring attention. Minimal painting and regular cleaning brought it back to its former glory.

 

Gardens with overgrown bushes and lawns brought back to an easily maintainable area.

LENZIE WAY, SPRINGBURN

The Project

Nobody will take this on they said, but we did, a huge six-storey development containing duplex flats.

 

Against the backdrop of falling house prices and in partnership with Glasgow City Council we have transformed this area. 

The Project

 

Rose Street is a modern build development built in the 1990’s set in the suburbs of Glasgow. The development had a factor but fas falling in to disrepair with little or no work being carried out. Homesbook regenerated all the garden areas , painted all the communal entrances and closes and carried out some much needed gutter cleaning and repairs.

 

The development is now regularly maintained and kept with fresh flowers in the garden areas and handing baskets at all the entrance ways.

ROSE STREET, GLASGOW

BURNBANK MEWS, LENZIE

The Project

 

Burnbank Mew is a three-story modern building built in the early 1990s by a local developer. the block itself never had a property factor but with the owner struggling to find contractors to carry out much-needed repairs and maintenance, they approached their local factor.

The development now benefits from regular stair cleaning, along with garden and building maintenance. We also upgraded the close lights and repainted the full close.
